More Snow?!?

More fort building- this time in Grandma and Grandpas yard and with cousins!

Tanner and Libby displaying the "keystone" piece. (Libby had her face painted earlier that day).

Yowza Patch!

Presidents Day Sunshine

Presidents Day was gorgeous. We couldn't help but spend some time outside. It was perfect snow for building and the sun was shining and felt so nice.

My Little Munchkin

Libby was a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz at Sky View. She had so much fun performing and we had so much fun watching her! I wish we could of taken a photo of everyone else that came to see the play (Jeff & Audrey plus fam, Grandma and Grandpa Jack, etc)

How can you not love 'em?

Yesterday we went to Ogden for the Thomas family party (Grandma Jack's side of the family). It is extremely rare for one of my children to fall asleep in the car, however, this party must have been exhausting because Noelle fell asleep on the way home. Consequently, later that night we were dealing with a very awake little girl. I put her in my bed and hoped that she would eventually fall asleep. At about 10:30 I came into the room and she was laying there very quietly, so I was hoping she had fallen asleep. No such luck. As soon as she heard me she sat up and said, "Mom, I have a question. It's a very good question. Do dogs lose their teeth?" Evidently, she had been pondering. I told her I didn't know and we would have to ask Grandpa Larry tomorrow. I got into bed with her and she mentioned she had another question but she forgot what it was. Five minutes later, "Oh ya I remember my other question. It's a very good question like the other one too. If dogs do lose their teeth, does the tooth fairy come?"

Along with pondering, she was doodling...

Like I said, how can you not love them?

A Funny Series

Libby got a hold of my camera and took some sweet shots. This series of photos just makes me laugh. Here I am sandwiched between two of my favorite people and from the looks of it I'm opening something pretty awesome... (turns out it was just a bowl- not that I don't love and truly appreciate the bowl, but I didn't want you to get your hopes up).

Christmas Cheer

Christmas Eve...

My favorite gifts under the tree- packages wrapped and created by the girls.

Cookies for Santa & carrots for the reindeer!

Christmas Morning...

No peeking through the blanket!

Christmas Evening at Jess and Matt's...

Grandpa Holley got a new pen (it resembles bullets- that's the best I can do to explain it, but I'm sure he would be happy to give you a more accurate description) and I think he likes it.

There is nothing I like more than dressing up my dollies! Is Libby getting to old for me to say that?!?

Ramped up Rupp Family Party

Thanks to a new location, the Rupp family party was an even bigger success than usual. There was plenty of room for a nice Nativity and...

we even discovered that angels & shepherds play pool!

Daren was out of town for the party and I missed him a bunch, but with him gone I took the opportunity to have a photo taken with my parents. I know everyone helps, but I'm especially thankful to my parents for the efforts they make to keep the tradition alive. Long live the Rupp Family Christmas Party! (thanks for smiling mom and dad).
